Type of Event:
Software User Conferences in London and Germany.

Objectives:
The aim of the event was to bring together existing and potential customers in order to discuss and promote product development.

Our Involvement:
Eazybook was used to manage the online registration of c.300 delegates for each of the conferences. Client opted for 7 different delegate types, and various sessions outside of the actual conference. We also set up a special code for sponsors which enabled them to book free places on the system. Delegates booked their accommodation online, with a choice of several hotels according to their budget. The system also handled credit card bookings online.

Outcome:
The registration of all delegates went very smoothly, and the option of paying by credit card was well received. The client expressed their satisfaction with Eazybook and has used the system for future events.
