Online registration
This condition sets out the terms on which Eazybook will allow you to use the online booking facility available on this website.

Agent
Eazybook provides online registration for events and accordingly acts as the booking agent for third parties. If you use the registration facilities on this website all contracts relating to the conference or other event are made between you and the relevant third party and Eazybook shall not be a party to any such contract. You acknowledge and agree that Eazybook has no liability to you and excludes all liability to the extent permitted by law for any losses or penalties you may suffer in connection with your use of this website for the purposes of registering on a conference or other event.

Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing Eazybook with all relevant and accurate details including but not limited to your contact details, attendance dates and times, food requirements, accommodation requirements and any other relevant details. Neither Eazybook nor its employees, representatives, officers or agents is responsible for the information you provide or fail to provide or for any inaccuracies in the information you provide or for any losses or penalties suffered by you as a result of any act or omission by Eazybook, its employees, representatives, officers and agents relating to the information you provide or fail to provide. You agree to indemnify Eazybook, its employees, representatives, officers and agents for any losses they may suffer in connection with your responsibilities in these conditions.

Accommodation, costs and expenses
You are responsible for payment of all costs and expenses (including but not limited to hotel and other accommodation costs and travel costs) incurred by you. If applicable all accommodation costs must be paid by you on departure or as you are otherwise instructed. Accommodation costs include VAT and breakfast unless stated otherwise. In the event that a conference or other event is cancelled for whatever reason then you may be charged cancellation fees by accommodation and other providers which you agree to pay directly as requested by those providers. In particular and unless you are explicitly notified in writing, any contract for accommodation is between you and the hotel or other party providing goods or services to you. Eazybook is not a party to any such contract.

Registration and confirmation of booking
You may register for a conference or other event either using this website. In the event that you receive a confirmation of booking email or other notification or message then that will not represent legal confirmation of your booking and no contract will exist between you and Eazybook or any third party.

Changes to booking
You may notify the event organiser of changes to your booking by using the online booking facility. You agree to give the event organiser reasonable notice of any changes. Eazybook will send you a notification of change to booking on receipt of your changes. In the event that you do not receive a notification then you should contact the organizer immediately. Eazybook will notify you in the event your booking or part of your booking cannot be confirmed or processed in accordance with your instructions for whatever reason. You will be deemed to have received notification 48 hours after it sent to you. If you do not receive a notification then you should contact Eazybook immediately.

Guarantees
Eazybook does not warrant or guarantee that any conference or other event will actually take place in accordance with the information supplied by Eazybook to you and you shall have no claim against Eazybook. Eazybook shall not be responsible for the security of credit card and other payment details supplied to Eazybook by you or for any losses or penalties you may suffer.

Your rights
You may only make printed copies of the information on this website for your own personal use. You have no rights or licences in or to this website and/or the material on this website other than as set out explicitly in these conditions. You may not copy reproduce, reverse engineer, publish or in any other way exploit any part of this website. Additionally you may not sell any of the information. You may not make any part of this website available as part of another website (by hyperlink or otherwise) without the prior consent of Eazybook. When you choose to open an account, offer online registration for an event, or register for an event using the Eazybook service, all of the information provided to us is kept strictly private, including names, addresses and credit card information. All information collected during a registration is owned by the event organizer who is a client of Eazybook. We do not use or distribute information collected during a registration, and only Eazybook and the event organizer have access to this information.

All attendee data that is collected and maintained through our service is solely owned by the client, and we have no rights to sell or use the information provided. The client is responsible for what information is collected and required on the registration forms. We will provide and maintain the secure storage of all information collected from the attendee and will not sell, use or rent the information collected to any third party.

No reliance
While Eazybook has endeavoured to ensure the accuracy of the information accessed via this website, Eazybook does not guarantee or give any warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of any information or material on this website. Eazybook accepts no liability for any losses or penalties suffered or incurred as a result.

No warranty
This website and all the information and material on this website are provided “as is” excluding any warranties of any kind either express or implied to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law including (but not limited to) the exclusion of warranties of title, merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of proprietary or third party rights. In the event of any failure interruption or delay in the performance of Eazybook’s obligations resulting from events or circumstances not reasonably within Eazybook’s control (including but not limited to acts or omissions of third parties), then Eazybook shall not be liable or have any responsibility of any kind for loss or damage thereby incurred or suffered by you.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
