Objectives:
Our client required an online registration solution that enabled delegates to register via their own web site, without any reference to the name ‘Eazybook’.

Our Involvement:
The Eazybook platform was integrated to portray a seamless part of the client’s web site, offering registration and accommodation options. The events in question were to be run in-house and therefore no payment was required by the delegate. As such the payment process was hidden from the registrant.

Outcome:
All conferences were managed by the client who found the flexibility of having the booking as part of their web site so useful, that when they moved to another blue chip company they introduced, and used the Eazybook system in their new company. The ‘real-time’ reporting that the client now enjoys has also proved an added bonus for keeping on top of the booking status situation.
