Objectives:
An event management solution was required to manage an international congress covering ethical issues of medicine and practice, with satellite conferences, including a global ethics summit.
Our Involvement:
Eazybook was set up to deal with over 800 attendees, with various delegate rates and options. A range of accommodation was offered for booking, as well as several social events that the delegates could participate in. Credit card payments online were also managed.
Outcome:
The conference ended up being one of the most well attended that the client had ever experienced, and resulted in several other departments at Imperial College London using the Eazybook system for their events.
