Type of event:
A staff conference catering for 600 Executives and Leaders from the Insurance division, which was held over 2 days at Chepstow Race Course.
Objectives:
The delegates were split over two days (300 each day) and accommodation was provided for those delegates that fulfilled the travel criteria. This was a complex event that required attention to detail and a flexible booking system in order to ensure accurate registration.
Outcome:
The system was quick and easy for delegates to register and it was easy for the event manager to check that those registering for accommodation fulfilled the travel criteria.
