Type of Event:
Annual Scientific Conference of Physical Chemistry of Polymeric Systems.

Objectives:
To ensure that all delegates were effectively and efficiently registered for all the activities on offer during this 4 day event, a flexible booking system was necessary because of the large number of options that would be available to all the attendees.

Our Involvement:
We set up various conference options including day delegates, offered a range of accommodation for online booking, as well as various sessions and social events. Sponsors and exhibitors were also given codes to ensure free places when making their bookings. All payments could be made securely online.

Outcome:
An extremely successful well run conference, and a delighted client. The system enabled a delegate to select their requirements with ease, and make any amendments nearer to the time if they so desired.
